The Violin & Cello Duo offers a traditional string sound, performed entirely acoustically, with warmth and elegance at its heart.
- A natural choice for couples drawn to classical music and traditional string textures
- Features an extensive collection of pop, film, and modern repertoire, often arranged in a Bridgerton-style
- Can also be amplified or paired with backing tracks for a polished live-lounge feel or a more upbeat evening atmosphere

Meet the Musicians
Every performance is polished, personal, and thoughtfully tailored to your day.
All Solo Violin bookings are performed by me, Margaret, so you will know exactly who you are working with from your first enquiry through to the final note.
Our Violin and Cello Duo most often features myself and my brother, John, a classically trained cellist. We have been playing together since childhood and trained at the same conservatoire, developing a natural musical connection that couples often comment on.
On the rare occasion that one of us is not available, I work with a small circle of trusted associate players who share our standards of musicianship, professionalism, and warmth. Your duo will always include either myself or John, never two associate musicians.
Music has always been something we have shared, and it is a privilege to share it with you on such an important day.
