Some weddings are simply a dream to be part of – and Ellie & David’s summer celebration at Norwood Park was one of them.
Set against the backdrop of a glorious August day, the couple exchanged vows beneath the charming bandstand of this historic Nottinghamshire estate, surrounded by pastel florals, sunshine, and the joyful sound of live strings.
The Music
We were delighted to provide our Violin & Cello Duo for Ellie & David’s wedding day — from their beautiful garden ceremony through to the joyful drinks reception.

As guests found their seats in the garden, we set the tone with a romantic mix of classical favourites and gentle film and pop ballads, including:

Drinks Reception
After the ceremony, we moved to the terrace where we performed an upbeat mix of pop and soul classics including All You Need Is Love, Brown Eyed Girl, Marry You, Signed, Sealed, Delivered, and more. The atmosphere was relaxed and celebratory, with guests enjoying the sunshine and champagne as our duo provided a joyful musical backdrop.
The Setting: Norwood Park, Nottinghamshire
A secluded and exclusive country estate in Southwell, Norwood Park combines Georgian grandeur with whimsical charm. With sweeping staircases, elegant rooms, and beautifully manicured gardens, it’s a stunning setting for a classic English wedding.
Ellie & David’s outdoor ceremony made the most of the romantic garden setting, with soft pastel florals and a calm, joyful vibe that matched the music perfectly.
